Clever diet So forget about going higher with a complete diet and start with a smart diet . The best way to explain how to do this is by explaining what to eat for lunch and dinner .
breakfast
For breakfast you eat plain oatmeal (make sure you do not get cooked oatmeal or each other as they are high in sugar ) .
